  2. email a short CV, including the names of two referees, to nathan.brownlowe@sydney.edu.au.

The form has to be completed and the email sent by 17:00 Friday, 25 August 2017.

Decisions about teaching at the Summer School will be finalised in early September. Those appointed to lecturing positions may need to be available in December to make appropriate preparations and manage course webpages.
