QSchur Superalgebras and the Quantum
General Linear Supergroup

We introduce a class of finite dimensional
Z_{2}graded associative algebras (we shall call them
qSchur superalgebras), which are related to the quantum
general linear supergroup in much the same way as Schur algebras to
the general linear group. The structure and representations of the
qSchur superalgebras at generic q will be treated.
