Fibres of characters in Harish-Chandra categories

We will discuss the representation theory of Galois algebras - certain subalgebras of invariants in skew group rings, recently introduced in a joint work with S.Ovsienko. We will also address the problem of birational equivalence of Galois algebras which leads to an analogue of the classical Gelfand-Kirillov conjecture.
