Yangians of Lie superalgebras

Yangians associated with Lie superalgebras have many applications in physics, but their algebraic structure is perhaps not as well understood as that of Yangians of classical Lie algebras. I will give an algebraic introduction to the Yangians of the general linear and special linear Lie superalgebras. In particular I will describe the relationship between the two and describe the centre of the Yangian Y(gl_{M|N}). This is a presentation of the results in my PhD thesis completed last year with Alex Molev.
