Quasi-algebras III: Higher quasi-categories versus weak higher categories

We will give a conjectural picture which would lead to a comparison between the theory of higher quasi-categories (weak infinity categories in the sense of Joyal) and the theory of weak higher categories of Batanin. This will also involve the homotopy hypothesis, which relies homotopy types with weak higher groupoids.
