An extension of Grothendieck's semidirect/wreath product construction arising from enriched category theory

This is a report on the last part of the Kelly-Labella-Schmitt-Street paper entitled Categories enriched on two sides. It considerably extends Bénabou's result that lax normal functors from a category A into the bicategory Mod (= Dist = Prof) correspond to functors into A.
