Four descent on elliptic curves

A second two-descent on elliptic curves removes at least part of the
obstruction caused by non-trivial Sha, and, in conjunction with some
novel search algorithms due to Elkies, permits the construction of
explicit generators of canonical height up to 200.  I will discuss the
construction, and the additional algorithms required to make it useful
in practice.
