Title: Implementing Kedlaya's algorithm

After the survey of Ralf Gerkmann about computation of zeta 
functions, I'd like to present the implementation of the 
Kedlaya's algorithm.  In particular, I will present our 
improvement for computing a cryptographic size genus 3 
hyperelliptic/superelliptic curve in "medium" characteristic.
