Part 1: Fortran90 Programming
Lectures
Course Notes
Lecture notes for Fortran Programming are
available at KopyStop, 55 Mountain
St., Broadway ($tba). These should be purchased as
soon as possible, and will be heavily used in lectures.
A printout of the interactive F90 tutorials is also optionally available from
KopyStop ($tba).
Tutorials
Tutorials start in week 2.
See the MATH3076 Timetable or MATH3976 Timetable for
details.
Assignments FP1 and FP1A have been broken into 4 parts. You can enter your answers as many times as you like. No feedback will be given for any part until the due date has expired for that part.
There was some confusion about the handin file: ignore the file $mc3fp/fpexs.ans;
simply paste your f90 source files with any output into one handin file,
clearly separating and labelling each question in your file.
Assignments FP2 and FP2A are now due Thursday 5pm 16 April and
assignments FP3 and FP3A are now due Monday 5pm 27 April.
Problems with compiler compatability have occurred with Assignments FP3 and FP3A.
I will now take these assignments without penalty up to Friday 5pm 1 May.
Much course information, such as weekly schedules, corrections, hints,
assignment due dates etc. will be made available through the course messages
on the course webpage. All Fortran Programming course messages may be
viewed here. It is wise to check these messages
regularly.
