Tutorials

Computer practicals

  • You should attend the computer class and work out the report during the class, NOT earlier or later. You can't simply submit your report at the start of class. Also, your report will NOT be marked if you skip class without approval. If you need extra time after the end of your lab class, you may stay behind or move to another lab to complete your work.
  • Remember to write down your name, SID and the session, say Monday, in the report. Otherwise, your marks may not be recorded.
  • Feedback and right concepts
  • Week 10: Practical 10 Solution
  • Week 11: Practical 11 Solution
  • Week 12: Practical 12 Solution
  • Week 13: Practical 13 Solution

Assignments

  • You may write or type your assignment. You need to show all steps and you are encouraged to include R outputs to check your answers. You may just staple the R output together with your hand written or typed assignment. However just R output even showing all steps is not acceptable cause you need to work out the answer by youself as if in the quiz or exam. Include a Cover sheet and put your assignment into the assignment box for STAT2012 just outside my office in Carslaw Rm 817 on or before 5:00 pm of the due date.
  • Assignment: Due Oct 23 (10%)
