One day, Tan had arranged to pick Lim at a designated traffic sign. When Tan come along to pick him up, he found that Lim was looking rather pale and was shivering all over. Once the distressed Lim got into the car, he blurted:

You stupid idiot! How dare you ask me to stand under the sign:

"No Standing!"

"Whenever anyone drove pass, they would stare at me!"
