Algebra Seminar

On classification of path algebras

Hazrat

Friday March 2, 12:05--12:55pm, Carslaw 175

Speaker:

Roozbeh Hazrat

Title:

On classification of path algebras

Abstract:

The Grothendieck group, \(K_0\), has played substantial role in the literature to classify different kinds of mathematical objects. We first recall the construction of this functor and then adopt it in the setting of path algebras to investigate whether this functor could be used to classify Leavitt path algebras. We think it can!
