Minkowski type problems in convex geometry

Qirui Li (ANU)

Thursday 12 October 12:00–13:00 in Carslaw 535A.

Please join us for lunch after the talk!

Abstract: The classical Minkowski problem aims to find a convex body whose surface area measure is prescribed. Various geometric measures have been discovered and introduced in the area of convex geometry, and the associated Minkowski type problems have been posed and studied. Among them, the dual Minkowski problem has attracted much attention most recently. In this talk, I will discuss some development on this problem.
