Statistics Seminar: Tien-Chung Hu -- The complete convergence for arrays of random variables

We will present a very general result on complete convergence for arrays of
row-wise independent random variables. Many results in the literature can be
obtained from the result as corollaries. Additional results that deal with
complete convergence for row-wise dependent arrays are given.
