Ultrasound: transit-time distance measurement and FM-CW pulse-echo. Volume flow measurement by transit-time ultrasonics and by electro-magnetic induction. Area measurement by single-turn transformer secondary and by conductimetric catheter. Cardiac right ventricular volume measurement by conductimetry.
