Number Theory Down Under 9

University of Sydney Online, 27-30 September 2021

This is the ninth conference "Number Theory Down Under", a major annual number theoretic event in Australia.

NTDU9 will span three days, from the 27th to 29th of September 2021 and will be hosted by the University of Sydney. Due to the current lockdown situation in Australia, the conference will be held online.

Student's Prize
The Journal of Number Theory has established a Prize of $300 for the best student's talk. The second best talk may also receive a Prize of $150, subject to its quality.

  • General information:
    • The conference spans three days, from 27 Sept to 29 Sept.
    • Each day, there are two plenary talks at 9am and 1:30pm (AEST time), followed by four contributed talks.
    • All talks are conducted via Zoom. Registered participants will receive a link to talks one-two days before the conference.

The registration is closed

Registration deadline for those who want to give a talk is September 1. The same deadline applies for financial support requests. Please be aware that your request (for both, funding and a talk) may or may not be accepted, depending on the number of applications.

Other participants may register at any time till the beginning of the conference on September 27.
