Variations on the theme of cellularity

I will discuss variants of the concept of cellular algebras, introduced by Graham and Lehrer. Applications include recent work with T. Geetha on cellularity of wreath products, and with J. Enyang on cellular basis of algebras with a Jones basic construction.
