Schubert calculus for complex reflection groups

\(p\)-compact groups are the homotopy analogues of compact Lie groups. The Weyl group of a \(p\)-compact group is a complex reflection group. In this talk I will show how the information encoded in the Weyl group can be used to study \(p\)-compact flag varieties via moment graph theory, generalizing results of Goresky-Kottwitz-MacPherson in equivariant Schubert calculus.
