Simple modules of Hecke algebras

Through the work of Khovanov-Lauda, Rouquier and Brundan-Kleshchev the cyclotomic Hecke algebras of type A now come equipped with a Z-grading. I will talk about how this grading interacts with the Jantzen sum formula of the (graded) Specht modules and describe a conjecture that gives combinatorial formulas for the graded dimensions of the simple modules of these algebras and their graded decomposition numbers.
