# Mathematics and Statistics in the Winter School

## Introduction

Winter School in the School of Mathematics and Statistics is now held in the Intensive July and August sessions.

## Intensive July

The following Open Learning units are also offered in an intensive format in July.

## Intensive August

The following units will be offered in the 2020 Intensive August session:

- MATH1002 Linear Algebra (3 credit points)
- MATH1011 Applications of Calculus (3 credit points)
- MATH1021 Calculus of One Variable (3 credit points)
- MATH2061 Linear Mathematics and Vector Calculus (6 credit points)

Intensive August session runs for five weeks, from 20 July until 21 August. The first four of these five weeks will be used for teaching. Exams will held in the fifth week. Note that all units will be run online.
